On December 15, 1993, defendant, Dean L. Scott, was charged by complaint with the misdemeanor offenses of disorderly conduct (presumably 720 ILCS 5/26-(1)(a)(1) (West 1992)) (No. 93-CM-1836) and resisting or obstructing a peace officer (resisting) (720 ILCS 5/31-1 (West 1992)) (No. 93-CM-1837).
