We granted certiorari review to decide the validity of an anticipatory search warrant based upon an affidavit showing probable cause that at some future time (but not currently) certain evidence of a crime will be located at a specified place. Based on the evidence seized in a search resulting from an anticipatory search warrant, Ronald Lee Wright was convicted of trafficking in marijuana; he was sentenced to 10 years in the penitentiary and fined...
