MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOSEPH H. YOUNG, Senior District Judge.

This suit results from the termination of Kim Johnson from his employment as a Correctional Officer at the Maryland House of Correction. Johnson alleges he was terminated and otherwise discriminated against in violation of the Americans with Disability Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12112, because he suffers from Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.
