OPINION

HOLMAN, Justice.

Cletus Ronald Feazell and Mary Margaret Feazell sued Mesa Airlines, Inc. and appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered for the airline. We reverse and remand.

The case arose out of the April 29, 1993 crash of a Beech Baron twin engine aircraft on a mountain approximately eight miles south of Telluride, Colorado. One of the two pilots killed in the crash was John Clayton "Tad" Feazell, son of Cletus and Mary. It...
