Plaintiff John B. Metheney, acting pro se, brings this Complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the Defendant employees of the Grafton Correctional Institution (hereinafter "GCI"). The Complaint asserts two separate claims. In the first, Mr. Metheney alleges he was exposed to tuberculosis while incarcerated at the GCI and that such exposure violated his right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment...
