This is an appeal from an Industrial Commission (Commission) decision, which was rendered after a hearing and post-hearing brief. After the hearing to determine Fred Berglund's (Berglund) eligibility for benefits, but before the Commission reached a decision, Berglund was convicted under Idaho Code section 41-1325 of providing false information to an insurer. Subsequently, the Commission ruled that Berglund was not a credible witness, had not been involved...
