The matter before the court is the defendants' motion for summary judgment (# 16). The defendants, Loren E. Shrock, Betty Jean Shrock, and Alpha Services, Inc., move the court for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as to all of the claims filed against them in this action.
