This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm). In three points of error on appeal, appellant asserts that there was evidence to support each of his causes of action. Because we hold that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment regarding appellant's cause of action for negligence, and any statutory violations that cause of action may support...
