Appellants, Eugene J. Lege and Ace Transportation, Inc., appeal from a judgment for $378,300.00 plus prejudgment interest in favor of appellee, Carole Sue Jones, surviving wife and personal representative of the Estate of Robert Neal Jones. In a suit by appellee for personal injuries sustained by Robert Neal Jones, liability was stipulated and the issue of damages was submitted to the jury. The jury awarded the appellee $250,000...
