1. Charles F. Pierce is a resident of Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Albertson's Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Idaho. Pierce was injured when he fell on a loading dock at the Albertson's supermarket distribution center in Portland, Oregon.
