Appellant, Anthony Hall, appeals from his conviction of involuntary manslaughter1. Appellant pled guilty to the charged offense of involuntary manslaughter. The State submitted to the jury a special issue on the use or intended use of a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense and the jury returned an affirmative finding.
