These companion appeals relate to the violation of La.R.S. 14:95.1 and 14:94 wherein the trial court found the defendant guilty of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and illegal discharge of a firearm. The defense counsel submitted a Motion to Withdraw, along with an Anders brief, stating that, after a thorough review of the record, there are no non-frivolous issues which could support an appeal.
