Caldwell, in his capacity as Administrator of the Estate of Keith Caldwell, filed suit against Alfa Insurance Company on April 1, 1991, arising from the 1990 death of Keith Caldwell, his eighteen-year old son, who was killed when an intoxicated driver collided head-on with the vehicle in which Keith Caldwell was riding as a passenger...
