First Heights Bank (the Bank) appeals the trial court's judgment finalizing an agreed interlocutory judgment between the Bank and appellees, Marcus Investments, Inc., and Josef Marom. The Bank contends the trial court erred in signing an agreed interlocutory judgment and a final judgment after it withdrew its consent.
