The Town of Boothbay appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Lincoln County, Marden, J.) vacating the decision of the Boothbay Board of Appeals upholding the decision of the Boothbay Harbor Master ordering the removal of four moorings owned by George Horn.
