We reverse appellant's sentence, and remand with direction.

The trial court entered judgment upon appellant's nolo contendere plea to aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer without a firearm (Counts I and II), carrying a concealed firearm (Count III), improper exhibition of a weapon (Count IV) and discharging a firearm in public (Count V).
