Plaintiff, Billy Graham, appeals a trial court's judgment dismissing his action on an exception of prescription filed by the defendant, Pioneer Bank and Trust Company ("Pioneer"). For the reasons expressed, we affirm the trial court's judgment insofar as it sustains the exception; however, we amend the judgment to make the dismissal of the action without prejudice and remand the case to the trial court to allow Graham the opportunity to amend his...
