BROWN, Justice.

Appellant Carl Stanley Turner was convicted of burglary and attempted rape. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to terms of 30 years and 50 years, to be served concurrently. Fines of $10,000 for each charge were also assessed. He appeals on four grounds, none of which has merit. We affirm the judgment.
