Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company appeals from a decision of the U.S. District Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Thomas and St. John, awarding Gwen S. Sharp prejudgment interest on the payment of the proceeds of an accidental death and dismemberment policy of which her husband, Laverne J. Sharp, was the insured. Mrs. Sharp was the only beneficiary under the policy.
