Before the court is the motion of defendant, Artos Engineering Company ["Artos"], for sanctions pursuant to Rule 11, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The motion will be denied.

The plaintiff, Tri-Tech Machine Sales, Ltd. ["Tri-Tech"], filed a complaint against Artos and its alleged subsidiary, Diamond Enterprises, Inc. ["Diamond"], charging that the defendants had committed various anti-trust violations...
