This is an action for review of the decision of a Special Education Review Officer under the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq. (IDEA). Essentially, the Review Officer upheld the finding of the Hearing Officer that Heather S., a 15-year old girl, born September 24, 1980, was not denied her right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) and was not discriminated...
