Rebecca Haning and Melvina Stephenson appeal from the grant of summary judgment to Rutland Furniture, Inc. ("Rutland"). On appeal, Haning and Stephenson contend that the Athens County Municipal Court erred in failing to find that Rutland violated the Consumer Sales Practices Act.
