Plaintiff Corrado M. Baglio, M.D. is the former director of the pathology laboratory at Aliquippa Hospital, located in the city of Aliquippa, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. His termination from that position has spawned eight years of litigation in both the state and federal courts. In the action presently before this Court, Dr. Baglio has alleged antitrust violations under the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C....
