GARDNER, Judge:

Appellant, August Robert Barbarine (August), appeals from an order of the Jefferson Circuit Court denying his motion to terminate maintenance payments to the appellee, Halleen Barbarine (Halleen), based upon the fact that he took voluntary early retirement. We affirm the circuit court's order.
