On April 22, 1994, Nighthawk Bail Bonds, Inc. ("Nighthawk") posted a bond in the amount of $2,163 on behalf of Shannon Rogers, who was charged with speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On July 28, 1994, Nighthawk posted a bond in the amount of $2,002 on behalf of Ricky Holloway, who was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
