Norman Teague appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered on November 8, 1995, in the District Court for the District of Vermont (Billings, J.). On May 3, 1995, a jury convicted Teague of possessing crack cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841.
