THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Petitioner's Motion To Correct, Set Aside Or Vacate Sentence Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, filed June 5, 1996 ("Motion"). Because the Petitioner either "used" or "carried" a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime, the Court must deny Petitioner's Motion.
