GREMILLION, Judge.

Plaintiffs, Dr. Darrell L. Henderson and the Surgery Center, Inc., appeal the ruling of the workers' compensation hearing officer finding that the defendant, Alfred Octave Pavy, did not consent to the surgical procedure performed on Laura Fitzgerald. Finding that the hearing officer committed manifest error in reaching this decision, we reverse.
