This appeal requires us to determine the effect of a workers' compensation insurance policy carried by a Virginia employer, purportedly limiting the scope of its coverage to the workers' compensation law of Virginia, given a situation in which an employee of the Virginia employer sustained a work-related injury in Maryland and filed a claim for compensation in our State.
