Appellants, Producers Assistance Corporation, Mitchell Fralick, and Jonathan Knapp (collectively, Producers) appeal from the trial court's dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Appellee, Employers Insurance of Wausau d/b/a Wausau Insurance Company (Wausau), moved for dismissal on the basis of Producers' failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
