In compliance with the direction of the Alabama Supreme, Court in Ex parte Richardson, 678 So.2d 1046 (Ala.1995), the judgment is reversed and the case remanded to the Circuit Court for Dallas County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.
