STOVER, Justice.

Appellant, Michael Neese, appeals from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), in an amount greater than four (4) but less than 200 grams. Subsequent to Neese's guilty plea, which was made in accordance with a plea bargain, the trial court sentenced him to twenty years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
