Dorothy Fletcher filed suit against Dr. James Fenoli d/b/a Fenoli Health Clinic, Dr. Patrick Hayes, and their liability insurers for alleged chiropractic malpractice. Prior to trial, Dr. Fenoli and his liability insurer were dismissed from the suit. Following a bench trial, the court found in favor of Dr. Hayes holding that he had not acted in a negligent manner.
