Appellant, Herman Zuckerman ("Zuckerman"), appeals an adverse summary judgment in his legal malpractice suit against appellee Ruden, Barnett, McCloskey, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A. ("Ruden Barnett"). We reverse.
