Defendant Mark Secor was convicted of one count of criminal sexual assault (720 ILCS 5/12-13(a)(4) (West 1994)) and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse (720 ILCS 5/12-16(d) (West 1994)) and he was sentenced to concurrent terms of six and three years imprisonment.
