YAÑEZ, Justice.

Benito Guzman appeals the revocation of his probation. On November 11, 1993, he pleaded guilty to two different offenses, burglary of a vehicle, and possession of cocaine, in violation of Section 30.04 of the Texas Penal Code and Section 481.115 of the Texas Controlled Substance Act, respectively.
