Janice M. Fields appeals her sentence imposed by the district court pursuant to the Kansas Sentencing Guidelines Act (KSGA).

Fields pled guilty on the same day to two counts of felony theft which arose out of separate incidents. Both cases came up for sentencing on the same day.
