In this appeal, the respondent-appellant, Reginald Rockwell (the "Husband") challenges the Family Court's modification of the alimony provisions of a separation agreement which was incorporated into a final divorce decree. The Family Court applied the statutory standard of review. It held that the petitioner-appellee, Patricia Rockwell (the "Wife") had demonstrated a "real and substantial change of circumstances...
