This suit by an attorney intervenor for contractual attorney's fees in connection with his representation of the plaintiff Josef A. Buruzs, resulted in a $1500 quantum meruit award. The attorney, Thomas E. Dunn, appeals claiming that he is entitled to $40,000 based upon a 40% contract of $100,000 policy limits paid to the plaintiff in this personal injury suit. We affirm.
