BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Garry D. Johnson pled no contest to one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree, AS 11.71.030(a)(1) (sale of cocaine), and was separately convicted after a nonjury trial of one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree, AS 11.71.040(a)(2) (possession of marijuana with intent to deliver). Superior Court Judge Thomas M. Jahnke sentenced Johnson to consecutive terms...
