Gwen and Ray Heflin were divorced in 1986. The divorce decree incorporated a property settlement stating that the wife would have custody of the minor child and that the husband would pay $350.00 monthly for support and maintenance of the child. In 1989 after Ms. Heflin had moved from Arkansas to Tennessee, the court adjusted the summer visitation of Mr. Heflin but refused to increase the child support as urged by Ms. Heflin.
