Theodis Jones, Jr., appeals from the revocation of two suspended sentences and his commitment to the Arkansas Department of Correction for two, concurrent five-year terms. He contends that the trial court had no authority to revoke one of the suspensions and that the evidence was insufficient to support revocation of either. We agree with appellant's first point and reverse that part of the order revoking the first suspension. However, we disagree...
