A jury convicted appellant, Willie Lee Woodard, of burglary of a habitation, TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 30.02(a)(3) (Vernon 1994), and the trial court sentenced him to sixty years' incarceration in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
