This suit involves the alleged failure of title to a ranch purchased by David Becker. David and Joni Becker sued Stewart Title Guaranty Company, William Pippin & James Gunn, Harold Haynes, Four West, Inc., and Morris Bingham for numerous claims relating to the alleged failure of title.
