James Dennis Murphy, Jr. appeals his conviction of violating the Child Support Recovery Act ("CSRA"), 18 U.S.C. § 228. At trial before a United States Magistrate Judge, Murphy challenged personal jurisdiction over him, venue in the Western District of Virginia, and the constitutionality of the CSRA.
