This is an appeal of two district court orders, both of which required Hobby Horse Ranch and Kent Edwards (collectively referred to as Hobby Horse) to fully answer an Investigative Demand (Demand) issued by the Attorney General of the State of Idaho (the State). The first order was issued on October 31, 1995, in response to the State's Application for Order Compelling Response and after Hobby Horse had refused to answer one question in the Demand....
