HOLMAN, Justice.

Appellant Danny Wayne Johnson was found guilty by a jury of aggravated sexual assault, with an affirmative finding that a deadly weapon had been used. Johnson appeals his conviction raising three points of error: 1) the trial court erred by not completing a hearing on his motion for new trial that was interrupted because of a bomb scare; 2 & 3) the trial court erred by sustaining the State's hearsay objections to testimony offered...
