The issue is what law governs the execution of the codicil of Joseph Zelikovitz (Zelikovitz), a Wyoming resident, who executed the codicil in Oklahoma, and who died in Teton County. We hold, contrary to the decision of the trial court, that the critical codicil was executed according to the law of Wyoming, and it should be admitted to probate.
