Faix has brought this action against his former employer, defendant Moen, Inc., alleging that he was terminated from his job as a Quality Control Manager at Moen's New Bern, North Carolina plant in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.
