OPINION

OLIVER-PARROT, Chief Justice.

This case involves an appeal from the trial court's dismissal for want of prosecution1 and its subsequent denial of appellant's motion to reinstate. Instead of refiling the case, appellant, Fahim Nawas, individually and as next of friend of his minor child, Elias Nawas, brought this appeal. We affirm.
